Overview

Accordion is seeking a Finance & Strategy Vice President to join our growing internal Finance team, focusing on the company’s strategic growth. This role involves working closely with the Executive Leadership and other areas of Business Operations.

In Short

• Provide analysis for strategic decisions about growth.
• Analyze financial and operational key performance indicators.
• Support the annual budget process through financial modeling.
• Manage preparation of financial and operating reports.
• Act as a business partner to support practice leaders.
• Help manage the company’s liquidity through cash flow forecasts.
• Complete ad-hoc analytical requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel skills focused on financial modeling.
• Comfortable analyzing income, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Experience with large datasets and Business Intelligence packages is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• High integrity and professional standards.
