In Short

• Lead client teams in operational diligence and merger integration.
• Manage M&A projects focused on the CFO agenda.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Functional expertise in Finance & Accounting, IT, HR, etc.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operational/commercial diligence, merger integration.
• Experience in consulting or industry preferred.
• IMO/SMO/PMO experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior finance roles experience is a plus.
• MBA preferred.
