Vice President, Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Vice President of Service to lead and expand our service contract, non-contract, and parts markets in the healthcare equipment sector. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging & Biomed healthcare markets and the ability to drive growth while overseeing a team of 150 skilled engineers. As the key liaison for all service needs, the VP of Service will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• 15+ years of experience leading a team, preferably in a services position.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the healthcare equipment market.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business.
