Overview

This role involves working at the intersection of sponsors and management teams to unlock value potential in private equity-backed portfolio companies, providing hands-on execution-oriented support.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance or Technology related field.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, or Financial Systems.
• Solid understanding of Financial Statements.
• Past project experience with systems implementation is ideal.
• Familiarity with EPM tools like Oracle/Hyperion, Anaplan, etc. is a plus.
• Consulting experience is beneficial.
