Vice President, Transaction Execution Services - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Transaction Execution Services at Accordion will manage and execute M&A projects, focusing on the CFO agenda and Finance function, while working in a hybrid role based in NYC or Dallas.

• Preferred MBA and consulting experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operational/commercial diligence and merger integration.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting, IT, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales & Marketing.
• Consulting firm experience preferred.
• IMO/SMO/PMO experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Private industry experience preferred.
• Prior finance roles helpful but not required.
• MBA preferred.
