• Lead the Strategic Finance (FP&A) function at Affirm.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Prior FP&A experience at a later stage company.
• Experience in a regulated industry or high growth environment.
• Understanding of lending P&L and debt capital markets.
• Strong management and mentoring skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
