In Short

  • Be a trusted strategic advisor to senior revenue and revenue operations leaders.
  • Own overall customer relationships and drive engagement and adoption.
  • Drive quarterly metrics around portfolio net growth and retention.
  • Partner with Implementation team for successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for portfolio retention and growth.
  • Work with cross-functional internal partners.
  • Identify and lead process improvements within the CSM team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS customer success or consulting experience.
  • Experience managing a book of business and quarterly metrics.
  • Success in leading tool deployment and driving adoption.
  • Renewal management experience across 30+ customers annually.
  • Track record with senior stakeholders and owning value conversations.
  • Passion for customer centricity and collaboration.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-paced environments.
