Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will cultivate and grow post-sale relationships for Chatmeter’s business and small market clients, focusing on customer retention and service adoption.

In Short

  • Primary contact post-sales, leading customer relationships.
  • Establish trusting relationships with customers and support onboarding.
  • Manage inbound customer communications and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer goals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and prepare presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate deals and handle customer complaints.
  • Monitor customer adoption and product utilization.
  • Conduct customer health-checks with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of account management experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage competing projects and work under pressure.
  • Team player with proficiency in technology.
  • General knowledge of cloud-based applications like Salesforce, Google Apps, Marketo.
