In Short

  • Manage a book of business and conduct project kick-offs and reviews.
  • Establish and achieve customer success plans.
  • Support customers on technical topics in collaboration with the Customer Support Team.
  • Drive adoption of solutions to maximize customer retention.
  • Travel for executive check-in meetings with customers.
  • Collaborate on renewal processes and develop engagement playbooks.
  • Assess customer health using product usage data.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Share best practices and drive product evolution.
  • Work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup.
  • Track record of increasing renewal rates.
  • Ability to design and execute renewal processes.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight or Churnzero is a plus.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and a great team player.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
