Technical Payment Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Aiwyn is seeking a Technical Payment Operations Specialist to drive the efficient execution, monitoring, and optimization of our payment systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing reliability.

In Short

• Manage and oversee Aiwyn’s FBO model for ACH processing.
• Coordinate reporting with banking institutions on transactions and balances.
• Monitor payment flows and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and payment regulations.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize payment systems.
• Work with APIs and payment gateways to troubleshoot issues.
• Support new payment feature rollouts with Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and risks.
• Provide data-driven insights for operational improvements.
• Serve as the first line of technical support for payment issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payment operations, fintech, or banking.
• Experience with ACH processing and AML compliance preferred.
• Strong understanding of ACH processing flows and FBO account structures.
• Proficiency in bank reporting and reconciliation operations.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, OFAC, PCI DSS, and NACHA compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
