Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or completion of a technical bootcamp.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
