In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Pylon, email, and chat in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, candidate workflows, interview configurations, and ATS integrations.
  • Help customers understand how to get the most out of HeyMilo's features, including AI interviews, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
  • Escalate technical issues to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps and context.
  • Document common questions and solutions to help build out our knowledge base.
  • Track and manage support cases in Salesforce, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Flag recurring issues or feature requests to Product so we can keep improving.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
  • Comfortable using support tools like Pylon and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
  • Clear communicator who can explain things simply and patiently, even when the topic is technical.
  • Organized, reliable, and take pride in following through on every customer interaction.
  • Comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively across time zones.
  • Fluent in English and in Spanish, Portuguese, or both.
