Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team and a fast growing support department. This role involves handling customer inquiries, working closely with various teams, and providing technical support.

In Short

  • Respond to customers quickly and kindly via Zendesk Platform
  • Become product and industry expert
  • Build and edit workflows within JSON
  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Troubleshoot and escalate tickets to engineering
  • Learn the app on both iPhone and Android devices
  • Engage directly with clients on technical requests
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams
  • Develop new support processes
  • Take on responsibility of ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a support queue
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Competence with G Suite applications
  • Basic troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Technically minded and a natural problem solver
