Overview

The Junior Customer Success Manager will deliver high-quality customer service to mid-market accounts, ensuring they realize value from their Record360 subscription.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Educate and train users on the Record360 platform.
  • Conduct ongoing account meetings to communicate best practices.
  • Manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risks.
  • Analyze customer account trends and provide feedback.
  • Engage directly with clients on technical requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with fellow CSMs to develop new CX processes.
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate churn.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS customer support or success experience.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.
  • Competence with G Suite applications.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • API/Integration competence preferred.
  • Technical writing experience preferred.
