Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Appfire, you will own and strategically grow our high-value, enterprise customer relationships, driving long-term customer value through expansion, retention, and migration support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management.
  • Experience with account mapping and strategic growth planning.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • Proven ability to drive expansion and manage complex relationships.
  • Familiarity with partner-led GTM models.
  • Experience with forecasting revenue and tracking metrics.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with large enterprise customers in the Atlassian ecosystem.
