Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Commvault, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal is to ensure the overall success of the post-sales partnership by driving customer outcomes and demonstrating the value of Commvault’s technologies.

  • Mentor Customer Success Managers.
  • Be a go-to for projects, leading initiatives for team growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of Commvault’s products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • A genuine commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to handle shifting business priorities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
