In Short

  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first.
  • Guide and coach customer executives, managers and employees with a dedicated customer success process.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams.
  • Identify common customer challenges and suggest better solutions.
  • Partner with Udacity's Sales team to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs.
  • Craft and adapt customer onboarding assets.
  • Drive customer references and case studies.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Consistent track record of professional customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressure diplomatically.
  • Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
