Senior Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce (CPQ) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as a liaison between internal business partners in Sales and Operations to drive global sales and channel effectiveness through automation, software development, business intelligence, process architecture, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or Consultant role.
• At least 3 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM system administration skills.
• Experience in Quote to Cash processes.
• Experience implementing or maintaining a CPQ solution.
• Strong communication skills, including documentation and presentation.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred.
