Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director, G&A Applications to lead the vision, development, and optimization of enterprise platforms supporting our corporate functions.

In Short

• Lead the vision and optimization of enterprise platforms for corporate functions.
• Drive scalable and compliant solutions in a global SaaS environment.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for G&A platforms.
• Own financial systems and lead end-to-end transformation of I2C lifecycle.
• Implement and manage subscription billing models and global tax compliance.
• Ensure ERP integrations are robust and compliant.
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners.
• Mentor a high-performing team of analysts and specialists.
• Drive SOX-ready governance frameworks and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications leadership.
• Proven leadership in finance systems and ERP administration.
• Experience with legal tech solutions and document management platforms.
• Deep knowledge of subscription billing and I2C processes.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of SOX and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or regulated industries preferred.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or ServiceNow preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
