Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a support queue, preferably with Zendesk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation abilities.
  • Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to changes.
  • Competence with G Suite applications.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Technically minded with problem-solving skills.
