Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to clients and partners in the FinTech industry, focusing on payment systems and operations.

In Short

  • Provide timely technical support to clients regarding payment systems.
  • Register and categorize incoming inquiries and requests.
  • Perform initial analysis and diagnosis of transaction issues.
  • Resolve simple technical issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Advise clients on software setup for payment operations.
  • Document client inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues.
  • Work in shifts for 24/7 customer support.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support in FinTech.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Knowledge of payment terminals and gateways.
  • Understanding of payment processing technical aspects.
  • Experience with incident management and monitoring systems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
