Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer support for software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Experience with standard office software.
  • Focus on customer service and delivering quality support.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Adaptable to changing business demands.
  • Experience with ADO, SharePoint, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
