Overview

As a Product Manager for our SaaS based ERP product focused on compliance and reporting, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our platform meets the needs of our users effectively.

• Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use creative methods to identify compelling, differentiated solutions that effectively address customer needs.
• Participate in team roadmap efforts by defining and prioritizing epics and features.
• Effectively manage team backlogs and lead scrum ceremonies.
• Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer.
• Collaborate extensively within the product team and across various business units.
• Stay informed regarding the competitive landscape.
• Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on the product.
• Design and facilitate requirements elicitation workshops.
• Evaluate the impact of internal and external changes to process and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years product management experience with complex business applications.
• Experience managing web applications and complex back-office systems.
• Strong knowledge of the product management life cycle process.
• Experience in diagramming and modeling during requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop appropriate technology solutions.
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps.
• Proven experience setting and managing OKRs.
