Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable internet with specified speed requirements.
  • Private work location without background disruptions.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing interactions.
