Product Manager for DeFi Solutions - Remote

Overview

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $10B. We are focused on launching new yield products and exploring exciting projects in the DeFi ecosystem.

In Short

• Manage the product at the growth and scaling stage and a team.
• Shape the future of DeFi with our groundbreaking restaking solutions.
• Work with a diverse client base, from retail investors to major institutions.
• Lead the product development and market expansion strategies.
• Analyze key metrics, conduct market research, and develop products that meet customer expectations.
• Develop a product culture in the team: ownership, data-driven approach, effective collaboration, etc.
• Work closely with the team to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals.
• Actively participate in community life and build relationships with network participants.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech startups, focusing on crypto/fintech companies.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 space.
• A successful portfolio of B2B products you’re proud of.
• Accountable for overall product results in terms of revenue and business metrics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
• Strong track record in product management, including analytics, finance, planning, and support teams.
• Analytical and research experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
