Overview

P2P.org is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development in the crypto space.

In Short

  • Work on strategic account lists to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, and banks.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations.
  • Participate in high-level business and technical discussions, effectively communicating P2P's unique selling points.
  • Spearhead deals, coordinating with relevant departments for closure.

Requirements

  • Crypto-native with knowledge of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
  • At least 4 years in a quota-driven Sales Manager or Business Development role.
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
  • Consultative approach to sales with analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
