  • Document each case in our CRM for clear follow-through.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ensure effective use of Bridges EXP products and services.
  • Maximize adoption and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
