  • Proficient in Salesforce and other customer engagement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach to customer outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and empathetic attitude.
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
