Support & Deployment Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Support & Deployment Specialist is responsible for deploying and supporting Esko's Phoenix and Griffin solutions, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value and efficiency from our software.

In Short

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software, engineering, or print production.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, prepress, or deployment within the printing or packaging sector.
• Proven expertise with ServiceMax or similar case management tools.
• Experience deploying print production, MIS, or planning software in customer environments.
• Strong working knowledge of PDF workflows, XML, JDF, or print production processes.
