Deployment Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Deployment Specialist manages a queue of product deployments across the TradePending Product Line, responsible for technical configuration, interfacing with partners, and communication with Sales/Customer Success teams.

• Manage a queue of new product deployments across product lines.
• Identify and clarify configuration needs.
• Interact with 3rd party partners for services and troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date deployment status and communicate issues.
• Escalate delays and roadblocks to management.

Requirements

• 1 year experience with website support, HTML, and CSS.
• Minimum of 1 year in a SaaS or proprietary software support environment.
• Experience with ticketing applications like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Effective listening skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve inquiries confidently.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing open tickets.
