IT Deployment & Reliability Specialist - Remote

Overview

Sandbox VR is looking for an IT Deployment & Reliability Specialist to assist with the management of all IT systems, software, and processes, ensuring all tech equipment remains operational, especially during store hours.

In Short

• Assist in remediation of all location hardware and software.
• Manage a team of global T1 support personnel.
• Monitor and maintain all computer systems.
• Responsible for servers, store networks, and VR related equipment.
• Assist with onboarding of new users to IT systems.
• Keep inventory of all equipment and software.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Create reports based on captured tickets.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a tech support environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Retail store support experience is a plus.
• Technical experience in hardware/network installation.
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Mac, iOS.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions, A+ and NET+, Ubiquiti network.
• Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to solve challenges encountered during store launches.
• Willingness to travel to different countries 1-3 times per month.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of your time is required.
