Overview

Sandbox VR is seeking a collaborative Manager, IT Systems Support to ensure the reliability, performance, and growth of our global retail technology systems, delivering stable and efficient IT solutions for our customer experience.

In Short

• Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting across Windows environments.
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors for system improvements.
• Ensure seamless system performance across global retail stores.
• Plan and execute system tests and updates.
• Lead and manage the Global IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
• Develop IT support processes and policies.
• Monitor IT system performance for improvements.
• Oversee the IT ticketing system and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Train IT staff and end-users for technology effectiveness.
• Manage departmental budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems support or management.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Broad technical expertise across network infrastructure and Windows environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience managing servers and communication networks.
• Demonstrated experience with system performance tuning.
• Proficiency in remote deployment and configuration.
• Solid understanding of information security principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Technical proficiency with Windows and macOS.
