Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring IT support teams.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in vendor management.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
