Overview

The IT Support Manager will lead the IT support area during a strategic phase of process and technology infrastructure consolidation, managing the IT Service Desk and contributing to the growth of IT maturity at Hinto.

In Short

  • Coordinate the IT support team and external vendors
  • Ensure effective and scalable operation of the IT Service Desk
  • Monitor performance and SLA, identifying improvement opportunities
  • Manage critical incidents and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure security and proper configuration of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Support technological onboarding of the team and shared knowledge base
  • Document processes, manage IT contracts, and oversee operational budget
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Tech Community areas to integrate technology and business processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an IT Support Manager or similar role, preferably in digital or consulting contexts
  • Solid knowledge of Google and AWS cloud environments
  • High-level knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP
  • Experience in helpdesk and troubleshooting, with tools like Jira Service Desk or similar
  • Familiarity with ITIL (preferred Foundation certification)
  • Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and service orientation skills
  • Experience managing remote teams and coordinating IT vendors
  • Good knowledge of English; Italian is required; other European languages are a plus
  • Preferred experience in regulated environments (e.g., ISO, GDPR, NIS2)

Shifts and availability
The role may require night or weekend availability rotations. In that case, a fixed monthly allowance and extra compensation for each intervention resolved outside of regular hours will be provided.
