In Short

  • Lead and manage the helpdesk team to solve inbound tickets.
  • Ensure SLA’s are met and improve customer requests through analysis.
  • Track and manage technology and policies for the company fleet.
  • Research and develop IT best practices for systems and processes.
  • Prepare training materials and manage inbound ticket requests.
  • Assist top leaders with technology support.
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve technology problems.
  • Enforce company policy with vendor and app management.
  • Manage company FAQ’s and knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in a technical management capacity.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company with SaaS products preferred.
  • Proficient in driving results and solving complex problems.
  • Team and goal-oriented with high output.
  • Technical experience with G-Suite, Jamf, SAML, and networking.
  • Mac and PC hardware support experience.
  • Understanding of networking principles.
