Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in IT Systems Support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Wide range of technical knowledge in network infrastructure and systems.
• Detail-oriented for root cause analysis.
• Experience in server room facilities and communication networks.
• Ability to deploy and support operating systems remotely.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Mac, iOS, and tablet hardware.
• Proficient in coding and troubleshooting Ansible playbooks.
