Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager, Supply Chain & Inventory to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, forecasting inventory needs, supervising warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy on all accounting and 3 way matching, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure timely, cost-effective product availability and delivery.

In Short

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
• Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to support business growth.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and manage accurate forecasting models based on sales trends.
• Ensure efficient flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and to end customers.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Full remote work from any of our currently approved locations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, and logistics management.
• Detail oriented and results driven to implement process and efficiencies.
• Strong background in inventory management and accounting.
• Experience with team management.
• Experience in vendor management, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Familiarity with lean supply chain principles.
• Working knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Located in the United Kingdom.
