In Short

• Seeking an analytical and passionate Supply Chain Manager (SCM).
• Support various Supply Chain business processes including Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Determine necessary inventory to support business growth.
• Manage key business processes for timely and cost-effective inventory delivery.
• Develop monthly manufacturing plans considering capacity and cost targets.
• Determine strategic inventory levels to balance delivery and working capital.
• Liaise with partners for timely product delivery.
• Manage PO issuance and track inbound supplies to mitigate delays.
• Maintain item list and internal new item setup.
• Reports to the COO.

Requirements

• Passionate about the environment and sustainability.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain and/or Planning experience, ideally in CPG.
• Experience analyzing and resolving inventory-related issues.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret data.
• Desire to improve, learn, and grow.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel required.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
