Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

Blueland is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analytics Engineer to own reporting, insights, and analysis, playing a vital role in tracking performance and delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and execution.

In Short

• Own and prioritize the analytics request pipeline.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards primarily in Looker.
• Conduct performance tracking and present insights to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on A/B testing and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead deep dives into performance metrics to uncover opportunities.
• Define and document key business metrics for consistency.
• Document analytical approaches and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate on data governance and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, ideally within DTC, eCommerce, or CPG.
• Expert SQL skills with large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Snowflake and Looker.
• Experience with Python for analytics is a strong plus.
• Experience with A/B testing and digital marketing preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from scoping to delivery.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
