Requirements

• 4+ years of creative experience in growth and performance marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and paid social work.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies.
• Ability to scale creativity through testing and optimization.
• Experience with UGC-style assets tailored for performance-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of performance marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• A passion for design, art, and culture.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon advertising.
