• Lead sourcing and supplier management for Blueland's product portfolio.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for optimal value.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations on sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and sustainability goals.
• Work with Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams on product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of procurement experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations.
