Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Participate in the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from business understanding and data collection to user-facing outputs and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop our data platform: design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines with dbt and Python.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand and address data needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data delivery to support the company’s analytics and business intelligence needs.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and create reports and dashboards using Metabase.
• Monitor and ensure the health of our data infrastructure.
• Implement data governance and security procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• SQL as a second language.
• Analytical thinking: you understand business needs and priorities, break them down from first principles, and translate them into data questions and durable solutions.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ELT/ETL concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI developer tools and an “AI-first” mentality.
• Experience with any part of our tech stack (Airbyte, dbt Core, Snowflake, Metabase) is a plus.
