Requirements
2+ years in a reliability or technical support role.
Proficient in ANSI SQL.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with monitoring REST APIs and web services.
Experience with high-availability systems.
Familiarity with observability systems like Datadog and Grafana.
Experience monitoring relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
