The Payment Support Specialist will help manage work processes related to document flow and billing systems, resolving payment issues and ensuring accurate invoicing.

• Resolve payment issues and payment-related cases.
• Verify student details and investigate inconsistencies.
• Establish payment schedules.
• Ensure accuracy over invoicing processes and refund amounts.
• Communicate with partner representatives.
• Maintain data in Dashboards.
• Perform accounting tasks for LATAM payments.
• Coordinate with various teams including Guidance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Adapt quickly in conditions of partial uncertainty.
• Look for ways to improve processes and be proactive.

Requirements

• Perfect communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, and Slack.
• Working experience in IT for at least 1 year.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with billing and invoicing systems is a plus.
• Experience with HelpDesk is an advantage.
