Overview

The role of the Payment Support Specialist is to assist the support team in managing work processes related to document flow and billing systems, ensuring smooth payment operations and communication with partners.

In Short

  • Resolve payment issues and payment-related cases.
  • Verify student details and investigate inconsistencies.
  • Establish payment schedules.
  • Post approved loans with accurate amounts.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoicing processes and refund amounts.
  • Communicate with partner representatives.
  • Maintain data in Dashboards.
  • Adjust customer accounts and manage access.
  • Perform accounting tasks for LATAM payments.
  • Coordinate with various teams including Guidance, Sales, Marketing, and Developers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in uncertain conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage large amounts of information.
  • Self-organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Mindfulness and accuracy in routine work.
  • 1+ years of working experience in IT.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
