The Payment Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to linguists, leveraging internal systems and resources to resolve payment-related issues and provide support to both linguists and internal teams.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of internal systems, including Linguist Performance Dashboard (LPD), Salesforce (SFDC), Offline Payments (OPM), and Payoneer
Experience with SQL queries and database analysis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
