Overview

The Full Time Career Coach at TripleTen helps ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date. This role involves coaching a group of 160-200 students, hosting workshops, and delivering high-quality career services.

In Short

• Manage a roster of 160 to 200 students in group settings with 1:1 office hours.
• Review student resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and career-related projects.
• Conduct HR/cultural fit interviews and assess student performance.
• Update internal systems for student progress and communicate issues.
• Facilitate student channels and share job market content.
• Host and facilitate career webinars as needed.
• Collaborate with the TripleTen team to enhance career products.
• Provide timely career advice within 24 hours.

Requirements

• Empathic team collaborator with solution-based feedback.
• Highly organized and attentive to administrative details.
• Data tracking and analysis skills for program effectiveness.
• Experience in workshop development and facilitation.
• Ability to coach across disciplines like Software Engineering and QA.
