Career Coach - Remote

Overview

The Career Coach will provide skills coaching, career exploration, and career plan development to help participants secure career track employment and livable wages, particularly for housing insecure individuals and immigrants.

In Short

• Provide outreach and recruitment for housing insecure individuals.
• Engage participants in Career Mapping to develop goals.
• Coordinate with training providers and assist in job readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and data tracking.
• Provide continuous life skills training and career coaching.
• Assist participants in job applications and interviews.
• Provide ongoing job search and placement support.
• Link clients to additional resources as needed.
• Participate in program meetings and trainings.
• Work in a hybrid setting, requiring both in-person and remote work.

Requirements

• Some college or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in social services or workforce development.
• Proficiency in Spanish highly desired.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
