Overview

The Community Development Associate is responsible for organizing trainings and workshops, supporting community engagement activities, and assisting with program correspondence and logistics.

Requirements

  • Some college coursework and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and event planning.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
  • Experience in policy and advocacy research preferred.
