The Community Development Associate is responsible for organizing trainings and workshops, supporting community engagement activities, and assisting with program correspondence and logistics.

Requirements
Some college coursework and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in workshop facilitation and event planning.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
Experience in policy and advocacy research preferred.
