The Career Prep Coach plays a crucial role in guiding undergraduates through a leadership development program, helping them acquire essential career skills and connecting them with potential employers.

In Short

  • Guide a cohort of Fellows through the Career Prep curriculum.
  • Develop and deliver seminar content in collaboration with corporate partners.
  • Monitor Fellow progression and outcomes.
  • Advise and prepare Fellows for job opportunities.
  • Track and manage Fellow data in a database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and corporate partners.
  • Assist with recruitment and admissions strategies.
  • Build rapport with students, corporate partners, and staff.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel for seminars and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Understanding of corporate talent requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting data.
  • Passion for coaching students and professionals.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility in a growing organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
